Do you accept telephone orders?
Yes we do! You can either call us or send us a SMS to 01716-535565 during the office time 9AM to 9PM. When you are about to call us for a Telephone order, please keeping note the bellow information-
Product ID: it’s just below the product title & above the product brand.
Shipping address: A details address where you want to get the item to be delivered.
In other case you can place order from us anytime at your preferred time around the clock 24/7 and 365 days in a year.
When will I get my order?
Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered.
Inside Natore
We deliver across the Natore City by xxxx Standard Overnight, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most orders for the in Natore are delivered on next day, Saturday through Thursday. In exceptional cases it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email.
Outside Natore/ Whole Bangladesh
We delivery all major cities across the country via xxxx, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 3 to 7 business days. In exception cases it can take more times but don’t worry we will keep you posted time to time to give the best possible schedule time to delivered the item.
Note: Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order placed order and get confirmed before 12 PM], Saturday through Thursday. If an order is placed after 12am, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
I've made a mistake; can I change or cancel my order?
If you've accidentally placed an order or made a mistake while ordering, please give us a call at 09678-278999 or send us email within shortest possible time [not later than 10 hours] and one of our team members will try to assist you.
Can I cancel an order after I've paid?
Yes! Sure you can. Please give us a call on 01716-535565 or Email us right away so that we can stop processing your order before it is dispatched out.
If your order has already been dispatched out you may need to wait for it to arrive and then either you can request the courier guy or let us know we will advise what to do. If the item got delivered please get in touch so that we can process it as a return, if the item is delivered then you will have to bear the return shipping charge.

Do you accept Cash on delivery?
Yes we do! You can make an order and select the payment method as “Cash on Delivery” and pay while you are receiving the item at your door step or designated courier office.
But we always prefer online payment to make the process faster and easy. We also do provide extra “Plus Points” for all payments done online or we do provide less shipping cost for that. It’s easy to get yourself a credit card, debit card, or even a pre-paid credit card. Combine with a PayPal account for more fun.
Do you accept payment on pick up?
If you're absolutely convinced that the only way forward is cash and have chosen to pick up your order from our NABINSTORE.com Office, we accept cash (Taka) on pick up but you will need to contact us prior to the pick-up schedule to avoid any delay. You can always reach us over phone call 01716-535565 or email us.
Which currencies can I pay in?
We currently accept payment in Bangladeshi Taka but very soon we will able to accept payments in USD (United States Dollars).
We expect to accept a whole range more in the near future!
Which payment types do you accept?
You can pay for your order using bKash, Rocket, Nexus Pay, Online Bank transfer, Cash or Delivery, Condition Delivery, Credit Cards, Debit Cards or PayPal.
We currently accept the following cards for all banks of Bangladesh:

Unfortunately We Don't Accept Payment from unverified PayPal accounts or cheques at this time.
Do you accept PayPal?
Currently this feature is under process. Very soon we will be able to accept PayPal payments on our site.
Can I pay in monthly installments?
Currently, we are unable to enable this feature but in near future, you will get it if you have a Credit Card from designated banks in Bangladesh.

How is my order packaged?
For orders that we deliver across the Natore city and nationwide we use specially designed bags as packaging with proper safety so that all the items got delivered in one piece.
Your order is transported safely in one of our courier partner so that it arrives in the best condition possible to your door!
Package may differ due to the product types and size!
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Here is some Frequently Asked Questions about how we ship the items and about the deliveries of your ordered items-
Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?
Yes we charge for the shipping charge but It depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order. If your order amount more than BDT 5000 it will be FREE of charge.
Natore City:
We deliver across the Natore city mostly on Next Day. If your order is over BDT 5000 in value and under 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be FREE. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
Nationwide
We work with SA Paribahan or Sundorban Courier or other preferred couriers to deliver orders to nationwide. If you're checking out for delivery outside of Natore it will cost you BDT 100 for most of the items, in exceptional cases we provide a shipping estimate on checkout.
How do deliveries work?

We deliver across the Natore City by xxxx Standard Overnight. If your order is over BDT 5000 in value and under 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free of cost. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
NABINSTORE.com Office Pickup
If you order before 12am, you can pick up your order from NABINSTORE.com's offices between 2pm to 8pm, Saturday to Thursday. To avoid any delay, please call us 09678-278999 to schedule the office pickup.
Can I pick up my items?
We're currently running a limited trial to allow customers to pick up items from NABINBIGBAZAR.com Office.
If you order before 12am, you can pick up your order from NABINSTORE.com's offices between 2pm to 8pm, Saturday through Thursday.
Some exceptions may apply in terms of which items can be picked up. Give us a call on 09678-278999 to confirm the schedule the Office Pickup.

What is NABINSTORE.com's Returns Policy?
We really hope that you're happy with your purchase every time! If there is anymanufacturerfault or the item is “Dead on Arrival” or any color or size mismatches, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is infully as it isconditionas delivered.
NABINSTORE.com has a 7 days easy return policy for most items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless they are faulty or not as described, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following item categories:

Consumables
Clearance & Warehouse Deals
Items on Sale
Fishing Hunting items [if the seal is open/broken]

Returns should be made within 7 working days of receiving the items in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer's packaging that the product was delivered to you in. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.
If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund ontheitem, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Refund will be added to your NABINSTORE.com account as Store Credit/Equivalent Plus Points or in cash/bKash.
What is NABINSTORE.com's Warranty Policy?
NABINSTORE.com covers a number of products that it sells on our site. We provide easy and flexible warranty policy for the bellow cases-
Protection against manufacturer related hardware failure/defects
All other cases that covers by the original manufacturer of the product
NABINSTORE.com does not cover:
.Video malfunctions or other issues related to Video. Video is easily modifiable and therefore is not covered
.Damage cause Fishing Rod or Reel that may affect a device's hardware
.Coverage may be denied is a product's serial number, IMEI number or other distinguishing markings have been tampered with or modified in any way.
.If the product is identified as unusual used by the user or any physical damaged happened.
.For consumable products is not cover any warranty in any cases.
.Perfumes are not covering any warranty.
What you should do if have a problem with your product?
If you experience a problem with your product inside the first 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement upon QC checking and approval.
Should you experience a problem with your product after 7 days and prior to 365 days having elapsed after your purchase, please drop us a line with as much detail as possible and we will provide you with information on how you can make a claim.
Once you've received a confirmation from us please package your product carefully and ship it out to the address provided to you via email. Please note that you will have to bear the both way shipping charge [sending and receiving the shipment]
Once NABINSTORE.com receives your product, We will inspect the item and carry out an assessment and will endeavour to find and repair the fault in question as quickly as possible. Most repairs take up to 15 working days and may take longer should parts not be available or due to other unforeseen delays. Our timeframes do not including shipping times.
If NABINSTORE.com is unable to repair your product, you may be offered a full or partial refund of the item value upon approval of our QC department. Don’t worry we are dedicatedly working to make your online shopping experience delightful.
Which items cannot be returned?
